We have partnered with urban gardeners to transform a brown field of weeds and trash into a bountiful urban garden. Tended and harvested by Fuel Manager Betsy Lamberson & Garden Coordinator Lala Cruz, we grow a unique array of produce with loving care. Chef/Owner Bob Blair and Sous Chefs Nate Hamel and Aaron Sharrock eagerly anticipate introducing each month’s menu, centered on what is fresh and exciting.
